Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line and base maintenance tasks on Pilatus PC-7 and PC-21 aircraft.
- Carry out routine inspections, troubleshooting, rectification, and component replacement as per manufacturer’s maintenance manuals (AMM), illustrated parts catalog (IPC), and service bulletins (SBs).
- Assist in the disassembly, repair, modification, assembly, and testing of aircraft systems including airframe, engine, electrical, and avionics components.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities in line with regulatory and company quality standards.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with GCAA / EASA Part-145 regulations and company safety policies.
- Report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities to the Lead Technician / Supervisor.
- Support aircraft ground runs, functional checks, and pre-/post-flight servicing as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Participate in continuous improvement and training programs to maintain technical competence on both PC-7 and PC-21 platforms.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on Pilatus PC-7, PC-21,
- Experience in airframe and engine maintenance (PT6A series engine preferred).
- Familiar with maintenance documentation, quality control, and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Previous experience in military or defense aviation environments is an advantage.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (GCAA / EASA / equivalent) – preferred but not mandatory.
