Airless Spray Painter

Job Summary

The Airless Spray Painter is responsible for preparing, priming, and finishing surfaces using airless spray equipment to apply paints, coatings, and finishes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards in industrial, commercial, or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate airless spray painting equipment to apply paint or coating to surfaces such as metal, wood, concrete, or machinery.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming as required.
• Select and mix paints or coatings according to job specifications and manufacturer instructions.
• Adjust nozzles, pressures, and spray patterns for optimal application and finish quality.
• Inspect finished work for uniformity, coverage, and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain and clean spray guns, hoses, filters, and other equipment after each use.
• Follow all safety protocols including use of PPE, ventilation systems, and hazardous materials handling.
• Record paint usage, batch numbers, and maintenance logs.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, project managers, and other team members to meet deadlines.
