Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore – On-site

Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Handling airline reservations & ticket bookings
• Managing customer service inquiries & sales inquiries
• Assisting clients with travel & tourism information
• Ensuring smooth and efficient reservation processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with portals such as Sabre / IATA / Galileo / Airline Portals
• Experience in Reservations, Travel & Tourism
• Strong sales skills with proven customer service excellence
• Excellent communication abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Pakistani market
• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
