We are leading provider of religious travel services, specializing in organizing spiritually enriching Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.

TIMING : 3PM TO 12AM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and organizing their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free, and spiritually rewarding experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the Umrah process and its requirements.

• Fresher & experience in the Travel Industry
• Fresh Candidates can apply on this as well
• Hajj and umrah sales experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Knowledge of airline fare structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• This is a Full-Time position
