Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary

The Aircraft Cabin & Catering Security Agent is a cross-utilized operational role responsible for executing both aircraft cabin cleaning and catering security functions in accordance with company standards, airline requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role integrates cabin service operations with catering handling, inventory control, and security compliance.

Team members in this position will rotate and support both service lines based on operational demand, flight schedules, and staffing needs. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced airport environment while maintaining strict compliance with aviation security and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Cabin Cleaning & Lavatory/Water Service

  • Perform interior aircraft cleaning, including seats, tray tables, galleys, lavatories, and aisles in accordance with company and airline standards
  • Conduct required aircraft security searches following completion of cleaning tasks
  • Operate lavatory and water service equipment, including:
    • Positioning lavatory truck with guide person support
    • Servicing, flushing, and replenishing aircraft lavatories
    • Managing lavatory waste disposal and replenishing fluids
  • Operate lifts and equipment safely when servicing aircraft
  • Ensure all assigned aircraft are serviced within required timeframes
  • Communicate incomplete services or operational issues to the next shift

Catering Security & Inventory Operations

  • Handle, transport, and secure catering equipment, carts, and supplies in compliance with security protocols
  • Break down, restock, and prepare catering carts for flight operations
  • Ensure all catering carts are properly sealed, locked, and secured
  • Receive, inspect, and store catering deliveries in designated areas
  • Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate logs
  • Complete required catering documentation, including inventory and cart logs
  • Conduct storage runs to maintain organization and readiness of supplies
  • Sanitize and manage iPads, POS devices, and operational equipment

Shared Operational Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company, airline, TSA, and airport regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and quality standards
  • Follow all PPE requirements and safety protocols at all times
  • Accurately clock in/out and maintain timekeeping compliance
  • Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with team members, airline personnel, and passengers
  • Support cross-functional operations based on business needs, including assisting other service lines when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to read and interpret flight schedules and operational documents
  • Comfortable working in both airside and catering environments
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
  • Previous experience in aviation, cleaning, catering, or logistics preferred but not required
  • Employment in this role is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining unescorted access to secure airport areas (SIDA), which requires successful completion of an FAA-compliant criminal history records check, where applicable and in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and reaching throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in confined aircraft spaces and warehouse/storage areas
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and wind
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
