High school or GED. Four years of customer service or public contact, payroll, and administrative experience are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.

Additionally, the individual will monitor staff in the decal and permit sections and provide administrative and operational support to supervisors and the division director. It is essential to enforce the attendance policy and ensure compliance with divisional and departmental policies, particularly concerning employee parking decals, ground transportation permits, and citations. The role also involves reviewing and updating procedures, as well as revising multiple work practices and training manuals to align with new technologies and system upgrades.
