Airport Greeter

Job Summary
As a Greeter, you will be the vibrant face of our company, welcoming guests with warmth and enthusiasm. Your role is crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional experience. You’ll engage with guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth operations at the front of the airport. Your passion for hospitality will shine as you provide outstanding customer service and foster positive guest relations.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and a genuine smile, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Provide clear and visible signage for each client, extending white glove service
• Manage reservations efficiently, coordinating seating arrangements to optimize flow and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about specials, and events to enrich the experience.
• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and managing bookings effectively.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, striving for resolution that exceeds expectations.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience as a airport greeter or in a similar customer service role within hospitality industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
