Responsibilities:

May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served.

Assist in setup and service of food from counters and steam tables.

Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.

Perform general stocking duties in service areas.

Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations.
-
Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Your Impact:
As a Buffet Runner / Food Service Worker, you will:

Support culinary and food service teams by ensuring timely setup and replenishment of buffet stations.

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.

Ensure all food displays meet presentation and quality standards.

Assist in creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for guests.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations.

Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.

Ensure all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas.

Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings.

Report guest concerns or operational issues promptly.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.

Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume service environments is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
