Bring your culinary skills to a premium airport lounge inspired by Hawaiian hospitality. Sodexo Live! is hiring experienced Cooks to prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and company standards to ensure high-quality service. Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving a variety of menu items.

Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, and monitor production to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment.

Support buffet and lounge service during peak periods while maintaining presentation standards.

Stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Perform repetitive motions and maintain mobility throughout the shift.

Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs and client requirements.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of professional cooking experience required

Experience in high-volume or upscale environments preferred
-
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety
-
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
