The Springfield-Branson National Airport is seeking a skilled and motivated Airport Network Technician to support the technology systems that keep our airport running smoothly and securely. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable network, system, and computer operations for airport staff and customers.

What you'll do:
Work collaboratively with airport department leaders and your Manager to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot airport technology systems.
Support airport security technology and ensure secure, reliable operations.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Make informed recommendations on hardware and software solutions for airport employees and stakeholders.
Provide routine network, systems, and computer support to staff and customers.
Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
