Airport Representative

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Airport Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting travelers upon their arrival, handling inquiries, coordinating transportation, and ensuring smooth transitions between airport and accommodation. The role also includes managing arrival and departure logistics, providing information about local services and attractions, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The Airport Representative will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

• Customer Service and Communication: Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Coordination and Logistics: Experience in transportation coordination, handling inquiries, and managing arrival/departure logistics.
• Knowledge and Adaptability: Familiarity with local services, attractions, and ability to provide relevant information to clients.
• Professionalism and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.
• Additional Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, familiarity with airport protocols, and prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
