Role Overview
As an Airport/St Pancras Supervisor responsible for overseeing the arrival and departure of our students at an international airport or St Pancras International, you play a crucial role in ensuring their safety, security, and comfort. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and a deep sense of responsibility. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of student transportation services at the airport and all airport staff and facilitate a smooth and stress-free experience for the children and their parents or guardians.

Main roles and accountability
The Airport / St Pancras International Supervisor oversees student pick-ups and drop-offs at designated airports / station, warmly greeting arrivals, ensuring waiting times stay under 2 hours, and maintaining constant supervision for safety. They act as the main point of contact for staff, drivers, airlines, and unaccompanied minors (UMs), managing issues like delays, lost luggage, or immigration hold-ups while updating the Database Transport Scheduler and live flight / train info for Head Office transparency. Additional duties include leading communications via instant messaging groups, supporting new staff with training, coordinating briefings / debriefings, assisting with welfare needs, and demonstrating flexibility for extended peak-hour shifts to ensure smooth, secure transfers.
