About the Role:
As an Alarm Management Technician, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the performance of a multi?product biologics facility. You’ll monitor and escalate alarms, support troubleshooting efforts across the site, and perform maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. This is a hands?on, fast?paced role ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the heartbeat of facility operations.

Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:- You will be responsible for the Alarm Management Technician duties, which will include:
- Monitor Site alarm systems and escalate to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in troubleshooting and acknowledging alarms across the site.
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and utility equipment in support of a Multi-Product Large Scale Biologics Facility, operating 24/7.
- Maintaining facility equipment, such as HVAC air handlers, refrigeration, cold rooms, chillers, cooling tower, pumps and drives, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, and emergency generators.
- Maintaining electrical equipment associated with process equipment including bioreactors, centrifuges, purification processing skids, purification columns, glass-washers, and autoclaves.
- Completing any required (GxP) documentation in a timely manner, including logbooks and work orders.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or certification from trade school is a plus.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing maintenance/operation within a related industry, such as power, chemical, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and or life sciences.
- 1st Grade Stationary Engineers license required.
- HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field.
- 0 to 3 Years’ Experience working as a Technician and performing work in one or more of the following trades: HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- The person in this position needs to frequently move about client’s facilities and offices to access equipment and complete tasks.
- Consistently ascend and descend portable and fixed ladders, scaffolding and other equipment used to reach equipment at various levels of height some of which maybe in excess of 25 feet in a safe manner.
- Must be able to ascend and descend a large quantity of stairways at any given time.
- Frequently move tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs across client facilities as needed to complete tasks.
- Occasionally lift and move equipment in excess of 100lbs in a safe manner.
- Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions as needed.
Shift:- (2-2-3 12 hr. shift) Night Shift 5:45pm - 5:45am
Compensation and Benefits:- Pay: $20-28 Hourly (depending on experience)
