Position Details

Position: Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)This position follows a rotating schedule, which includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Team members should expect to work some weekends as part of the regular rotation.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Monitor and respond to residential and commercial alarm activations.
• Notify customers and emergency responders when alarms occur.
• Answer inbound calls related to alarm activity.
• Accurately document information while following established procedures.
• Remain calm, professional, and efficient during emergency situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting the safety of our subscribers.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• No experience required—we provide paid training.
