· Day Shift | 7am - 3pm | $16.00

· Extended Day Shift | 7am - 7pm | $16.25 | 3 days on / 4 days off

· Evening Shift | 3pm - 11pm | $16.50

· Night Shift | 11pm - 7am | $17.00

· Rotating Weekends & Holidays

Your Responsibilities:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers. Your responsibilities include:

· Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.

· Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.

· Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.

· Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.

· Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.

What We’re Looking For:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

· Availability to attend mandatory training for 2 weeks (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4:30pm)

· Availability to work weekends and holidays

· Authorization to work in the United States

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Proficiency in computer applications, with professional phone etiquette

· Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
