Role Description

Sculpture Hospitality/TRI State Hospitality; currently has an opening for a senior bar beverage inventory auditor in our Pittsburgh area market. The inventory auditor will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining inventory control, conducting physical inventory counts, at client's locations. Additionally, effective communication with clients and team members is crucial.

This is a part-time position paying $21 to $22/hour to start and increasing after a 60-day probation period. TRI State is developing the Pittsburgh area, and this position may become full time. Current schedule would be a range of 25 to 30 hours over a three-day period. Candidates must be punctual and willing to work early morning hours taking inventory counts (ie. 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM). Work schedule is generally Monday thru Thursday. Applicants will be required to manually take inventory of client's alcohol beverage stock at client's bars and restaurants around the Pittsburgh area.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft window applications and have reliable transportation. Physical work is required: Standing for periods of time while weighing bottles of liquor and you must be able to tip a 150 lb. keg of beer several inches off the ground and set it on a scale. This is all about technique, we have trained all our employees in this technique. Front of the house restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.

This position would be a good fit for candidates who have been restaurant bar-backs, bartenders & restaurant managers.

  • Skills in Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Control, and conducting Physical Inventory
  • Hosptality Experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
