Alex Branch Manager- Inhouse Collection

Alexandria, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Operations:

  • Lead Branch Operations: Manage the end-to-end collections function at the Alexandria branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective execution of daily activities.
  • Supervise and guide team leaders and collectors, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability and results.
  • Ensure the Alexandria branch consistently meets performance expectations and operates in line with company standards.

Strategy & Execution

  • Translate company-wide recovery strategies into branch-level action plans tailored for Alexandria.

Define clear performance targets for teams and individuals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce overdue debt, and strengthen branch performance.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Track key collection metrics for the Alexandria branch, analyzing trends and variances to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Revise branch-level approaches when needed to stay aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Provide senior management with timely, data-driven reports on Alexandria’s performance, highlighting successes, risks, and corrective measures.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Oversee all branch collection activities to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to resolve disputes and manage overdue accounts in the Alexandria portfolio.
  • Coordinate with other branches and head office to ensure Alexandria’s practices support company-wide objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance,Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of collection processes, financial management, and legal compliance in debt recovery.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and collections software.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Minimum Experience

  • From 7-10 years of experience in collections, finance, or legal management, with a proven record of leading teams and achieving recovery targets.
  • Strong background in developing collection strategies and collaborating with legal teams to resolve disputes and take corrective actions.
