Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Operations:

Lead Branch Operations: Manage the end-to-end collections function at the Alexandria branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective execution of daily activities.

Supervise and guide team leaders and collectors, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability and results.

Ensure the Alexandria branch consistently meets performance expectations and operates in line with company standards.
Strategy & Execution

Translate company-wide recovery strategies into branch-level action plans tailored for Alexandria.
Define clear performance targets for teams and individuals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce overdue debt, and strengthen branch performance.
Performance Management & Analytics

Track key collection metrics for the Alexandria branch, analyzing trends and variances to ensure targets are achieved.

Revise branch-level approaches when needed to stay aligned with financial and operational goals.

Provide senior management with timely, data-driven reports on Alexandria’s performance, highlighting successes, risks, and corrective measures.
Compliance & Collaboration

Oversee all branch collection activities to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.

Work with legal and finance teams to resolve disputes and manage overdue accounts in the Alexandria portfolio.

Coordinate with other branches and head office to ensure Alexandria’s practices support company-wide objectives.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance,Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of collection processes, financial management, and legal compliance in debt recovery.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and collections software.

Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Minimum Experience

From 7-10 years of experience in collections, finance, or legal management, with a proven record of leading teams and achieving recovery targets.

Strong background in developing collection strategies and collaborating with legal teams to resolve disputes and take corrective actions.
