Position Overview:

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Alfa Insurance, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide premium insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. This is an office-based role, and you will spend most of your time engaging with referral partners such as real estate agents, homebuilders, mortgage loan originators, and other professionals in the community. We are here to support you every step of the way as you develop and nurture these valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, homebuilders, mortgage loan originators, and other industry professionals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local community.
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions.
• Collaborate with Agents for submissions and quoting.
• Take advantage of the support from our licensed Agents who are specifically trained to handle and manage accounts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to offer clients informed advice.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Property & Casualty and Life producer's licenses.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
