Remote Allstate Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

This position is for a remote full time licensed sales producer position. Candidate must currently hold or be able to obtain a California property and casualty insurance sales license. My agency is growing and candidates must be willing to adapt to new tactics to reach sales goals. I provide various types of leads and candidates are expected to work all types of the leads provided. I provide a base rate plus commission pay structure. In addition there are monthly and year end bonus opportunities. The salary range is what an average sales producer generally is able to earn in their first year, however there is no cap on commission.

I am looking for someone that is highly motivated, must be able to work independently, and must have a dedicated workspace available. All necessary equipment is provided by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain relationships with and service existing clients, process endorsements, etc.
  • Build new relationships with new clients
  • Generate new business through cross sell opportunities that exist in the current book
  • Generate new business through provided leads

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have or be able to obtain a current and active California P&C insurance license
  • Must be able to be employed in the United States
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must live in a pacific time zone or be able to work the local open office hours
  • Allstate experience is preferred but not required
