**Responsibilities:**

-Provide support to assist students in completion and full understanding of topics

-Teach word problems and challenge questions that are not provided by school teacher

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.

- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.

- Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits and personal growth.

- Stay updated on educational trends, learning technologies, and pedagogical advancements.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Prefer Credential or preliminary credential

- Proven experience as a Teacher in a primary or secondary school setting.

- Versed in subjects in teaching in Algebra 1

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and classroom discipline techniques.

Positions by Campus

Times: 3 pm - 6 pm or 4 pm to 6 pm depending on teacher's availability

Pre-Algebra on Tues/Thurs in Arcadia

Algebra 2 on Tues/Thurs in Arcadia

AP Calculus workshop on Tues/Thurs in Rowland Heights

AP Science workshop on Mon/Weds in Rowland Heights
