Alibaba Account Manager / Merchandiser

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Alibaba B2B account operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and content optimization to enhance visibility.​
  • Handle buyer inquiries, lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations, especially for international markets like USA, UK, Europe, Middle East​
  • Ensure account compliance with Alibaba standards for verified suppliers, monitor performance metrics, and generate sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, order processing, logistics, and strategies to boost conversions and response rates.​

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years in Alibaba B2B sales or account management, with expertise in seller tools, verified account management, listing optimization, ensure star rating status
  • Strong English communication.
  • knowledge of apparel products including sportswear, work wear, fitness and gym wear, Martial Art Apparel​ etc...
  • Proficiency in relationship-building, independent target achievement, and data analysis for improvements.
  • General knowledge of production coordination and supply chain management
  • Analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and performance optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile engineering, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing or e-commerce is a plus
