• Provide waxing, threading, and hair removal services
• Execute manicure, pedicure, and nail care services
• Basic to advanced hair services (blow-dry, hair spa, styling)
• Knowledge of bridal and party makeup
• Handle client consultation and recommend suitable treatments/products
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards at all times
• Manage appointments and client records
• Upsell services and products professionally
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
