CLC Company is currently hiring on behalf of a reputable high-end salon in Kuwait and is seeking a talented and experienced All-Around Beautician to join a professional beauty team.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate All-Around Beautician with experience in a wide range of beauty services. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high professional standards, and creating an outstanding salon experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including hair styling, blow-drying, hair treatments, hair coloring, highlights, and basic hair cutting.
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail care, polish application, gel polish, and nail treatments.
- Carry out facial and body waxing services while ensuring client comfort and hygiene.
- Apply eyelash extensions, lash lifting, lash tinting, and maintenance services.
- Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, tinting, and grooming.
- Offer basic makeup application for special occasions and events.
- Recommend suitable beauty products and treatments based on clients' needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Follow salon policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an All-Around Beautician in a salon or beauty center.
- Strong skills in hairstyling, waxing, manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions, and beauty treatments.
- Knowledge of different hair types, skin types, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and dedicated to client satisfaction.
- Beauty certification or relevant professional training is an advantage.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is a plus.
