Position: All-Rounder Beautician

Reports to: Salon Manager / Owner

About the Role

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and versatile All-Rounder Beautician who can deliver exceptional beauty services while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every client. The ideal candidate is a true team player who values quality, agility, speed, and consistency—and takes pride in making clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities1. Facial & Skin Care

• Perform professional express facials (classic, deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, etc.)
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Provide facial massage.

2. Massage Therapy

• Deliver relaxation and therapeutic express massages (head, shoulder, back as needed)
• Maintain high hygiene standards and proper preparation of treatment rooms

3. Hair Services

• Provide basic to intermediate hair services: blow-drying, styling, cutting

4. Nails

• Perform professional mani/pedi (classic, gel, cuticle care, nail shaping)
• Perform nail extensions, overlays, French, designs, acrylic, nail art classic and Russian methodology
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization practices

5. Waxing & Threading

• Provide express waxing (hot and strip wax) with excellent technique
• Eyebrow shaping, threading, and tinting

6. Lashes & Brows

• Perform lash extensions (classic/volume), lash lift, brow lamination, brow shaping
• Maintain precision, hygiene, and safe application techniques

7. Salon Management Support

• Assist with daily operations: appointment coordination, cleanliness, inventory
• Maintain client records and recommend products/treatments
• Ensure workstations and tools meet hygiene and safety standards
• Support opening/closing procedures

• All-rounder expertise across facials, nails, waxing, threading, lashes, hair, and massage

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in a similar all-rounder role
• Certification in beauty therapy / cosmetology
• DHA certified
• Lash extension certification is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of latest beauty trends and techniques
• Positive attitude and “can-do” spirit
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage)
