Allergy Support and Package Transport - West Nyack

Job Description:

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly, per-diem Allergy Support and Package Transport position for our West Nyack office. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support allergy operations with package transport, serum prep assistance, and light administrative tasks. This flexible role is perfect for a college student or anyone looking for extra hours without a fixed schedule.

This position requires traveling to offices within the required region: Manhattan, Westchester, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Rockland counties.

Hourly: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Transport packages, supplies, and allergy vials between locations
• Assist with serum prep (organizing, labeling, setup/cleanup)
• Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, general support)

Requirements:

• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if needed)
• Healthcare experience a plus, not required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Minimal standing

Schedule:

Hours as needed, flexible scheduling required

This position qualifies for floater benefits including mileage, parking, and tolls reimbursement.
