ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full-time Billing and Shipping Coordinator for our West Nyack office location.
 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist with billing and shipping coordination for patient therapy orders. This role supports daily operations by ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment of therapy supplies, and clear communication with both internal teams and patients.
Hourly: $21/hour
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Process and review patient therapy orders for accuracy and completeness
</li><li>Assist with billing entry, verification, and follow-up as needed
</li><li>Coordinate shipping of therapy supplies, including label creation and tracking
</li><li>Communicate with offices regarding order status, shipping updates, and basic billing questions
</li><li>Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
</li><li>Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and billing activity
</li><li>Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of orders
</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare, medical billing, or shipping/logistics preferred but not required
</li></ul>Work Environment:

</li><li>No heavy lifting (packages typically under 20 lbs)

</li></ul>Schedule:
Monday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday 8:00am-1:00pm

Allergy Billing and Shipping Coordinator - West Nyack

<div>Job Description:
ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly, per-diem Allergy Support and Package Transport position for our West Nyack office. We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support allergy operations with package transport, serum prep assistance, and light administrative tasks. This flexible role is perfect for a college student or anyone looking for extra hours without a fixed schedule.
This position requires traveling to offices within the required region: Manhattan, Westchester, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Rockland counties.
Hourly: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Transport packages, supplies, and allergy vials between locations
</li><li>Assist with serum prep (organizing, labeling, setup/cleanup)
</li><li>Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, general support)
</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
</li><li>Strong attention to detail
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation (if needed)
</li><li>Healthcare experience a plus, not required
</li></ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
</li><li>Minimal standing
</li></ul>Schedule:
Hours as needed, flexible scheduling required
This position qualifies for floater benefits including mileage, parking, and tolls reimbursement.
