  • ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE


  • The MSE lending business has partnered with various Fintech for digital lending. The role assists in the credit processing of applications received under this initiative.
  • To ensure the timely decision as per agreed TAT.
  • The laid down credit evaluation, credit underwriting, credit monitoring, EWS and ensure the policy laydown of processes must be executed.
  • Co-ordination with the fintech partners for meeting the deliverables of the bank.
  • Recommendations on new processes & fraud control initiative etc.

  • Portfolio size of Rs. 100-250 Cr monthly contribution to be re-assessed with annual reviews.

  • KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE


Business/ Financials


  • Underwriting target customer by self and supervising the team to support for building of a performing portfolio.
  • Underwriting of Anchor/Corporate for which SCF program needs to setup
  • Evaluate various collateral types for their value and title documentation requirements
  • Participate in collection of dues from customers to maintain low delinquency.
  • Participate with the Fintech Partners and ensure the due diligence happening on their end
  • Support business with engagements with Fintech, technology companies in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.
  • Provide inputs to Policy/Product team to enhance policy as per latest trends & market performance
  • Maintain the slippages and regular monitoring of the portfolio book
  • Maintain the PDD, Delinquency and Case MIS


Customer (Both Internal & External)


  • To engage with stakeholders for process redesigning and automation in order to provide improved customer experience and consistency in decision making and faster TATs.
  • Appraise various Customer segments in various markets defined by the bank as area of operation for lending.
  • Co-ordinate with fintech partners and Agencies for quality and timely delivery of credit reports.
  • Meet appropriate customers virtually or physically for understanding of their needs and Conduct underwriting and renewals for cases under purview
  • Co-ordinate with functions like operations, FCU, risk, business and technology for effective delivery to end customers.
  • Ensure various reports concerning the loan processing are being sent to stakeholders’ regular frequencies.


Internal Process


  • Ensure Credit policy and process adherence by monitoring and timely review of processes and execution.
  • Suggest Policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
  • Time to time Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
  • Full adherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Participating in Periodic loan monitoring framework design and implementation
  • Provide participation in providing Compliance to audit or reviews conducted from time to time.

  • Timely training to branches/CPA in the cluster.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of MSE and other related products.
  • Upgrade self and team about changes happening in the market.
  • Networking with other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectives
  • Perform on time appraisal and suggest suitable career paths for staff




  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS





Educational
Qualifications

  • Finance Graduate preferably CA or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.





Experience

  • Preferred experience of 8-12 years in Credit MSME Loan products in term loans and working capital limits.





Certifications

  • Product Management / IT certification is desirable but not mandatory
