This exclusive New York event will bring the brand’s philosophy to life with an immersive experience for press and VIP guests, creating an atmosphere filled with some of the most influential names in the industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting a globally recognized skincare brand, assisting with event production, guest relations, and activations throughout the evening. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile event that combines beauty, luxury, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For: If you're an individual who is passionate about event production, brand collaboration, creating memorable experiences, and/or hospitality - we want to work with you! Having great energy, an enthusiastic attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to become an expert in all trades is welcomed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This event will be taking place in New York, NY on Wednesday, September 10th and Friday, September 12th.

Wednesday, September 10th: Event Day

Location: West Village, New York, NY

Shift Time: 2:45PM - 8PM

Assist with final venue set-up and last-minute touches to ensure everything is ready for the event. Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, content creation, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.

Friday, September 12th: Event Day

Location: Manhattan, New York, NY

Shift Time: 9:30AM - 2PM

Assist with final venue set-up and last-minute touches to ensure everything is ready for the event. Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, content creation, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.

While it is not required to work both shifts, working both days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
