Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication Work:
• Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum components as per project specifications.
• Operate tools and machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment to complete fabrication tasks.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Installation:
• Assist with on-site installation of aluminum structures like windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and railings.
• Conduct alignment and finishing work to achieve a polished result.
• Blueprint Interpretation:
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute projects accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintenance & Repairs:
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on aluminum structures as required.
• Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Follow company and industry safety guidelines during all tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an aluminum fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of various aluminum alloys and their properties.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or vocational training in metalwork, fabrication, or related fields.
• Familiarity with modern fabrication technologies (e.g., CNC machines).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working in different environments, including construction sites.
