Description:
The Aluminium Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational, technical, and commercial activities of the aluminium division. The role requires strong leadership to ensure successful execution of aluminium fabrication and installation projects, with strict adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
Proven GCC experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end operations of the aluminium division, including fabrication, installation, and project delivery.

Oversee multiple aluminium projects such as windows, doors, curtain walls, facades, and cladding systems.

Ensure all projects comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers across GCC-based projects.

Prepare and control budgets, cost estimates, production schedules, and resource planning.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Manage, guide, and evaluate engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

Support tendering, pricing, and business development activities.

Resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges efficiently.

Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in aluminium works, with mandatory experience in GCC countries.

Proven track record in managing aluminium fabrication and installation projects within the GCC.

Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, facade engineering, and regional construction standards.
