Job Description:
Purpose of the Position:
- To execute aluminum and glass fixing works including installation of doors, windows, curtain walls, glass partitions, louvers, and related aluminum accessories in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards at NUST premises.
Qualification / Experience:
- Matric with 03 – 05 years hands-on experience in aluminum fitting and fixing works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fitting, fixing and installation of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls and glass partitions as per drawings and specifications.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare cutting lists for fabrication teams.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing and quality control of all installed items.Coordinate with Site Engineer / Supervisor to resolve on-site issues.
- Follow NUST Safety Standards and maintain discipline on site.
- Complete assigned tasks within given timelines and report daily progress.
- Knowledge of tools, machines and installation techniques is essential.
- Must be skilled in reading drawings, handling aluminum profiles, glass, and hardware.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Technical skill in aluminum and glass installation.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Punctual, disciplined and quality-oriented approach.

- Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
