Aluminium & Glass Technician

We are a newly launched aluminium and glass works division of a well-established technical services company operating in Dubai.

Our group has extensive experience in maintenance, renovation, joinery, and fit-out projects, and we are now expanding into aluminium, glass, and metal works to support our growing client base.

As a new division, we operate with a lean and efficient team, focused on quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering projects to a high standard.

This role offers the opportunity to join early and grow with the company as the division expands.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium & Glass Technician who can handle site measurements, fabrication support, and installation of aluminium and glass systems across residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on field role working on projects across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Installation of aluminium doors and windows
• Installation of sliding systems and aluminium partitions
• Installation of tempered glass and glass partitions
• Site measurements and preparation of cutting sizes
• Assembly of aluminium frames and accessories
• Installation of locks, rollers, hinges, and hardware
• Ensure clean and professional installation on site
• Coordinate with supervisor to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in aluminium and glass works in UAE
• Experience installing aluminium windows, doors, and glass systems
• Ability to take accurate site measurements
• Good understanding of aluminium installation tools
• Ability to work independently on site
• Professional attitude and reliability

Preferred

• UAE Driving License is a strong advantage
• Experience with pergolas or exterior aluminium works
• Ability to supervise helpers
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
