We are a leading Building Maintenance and Decor company in the UAE, specializing in high-quality fit-out solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aluminum and Glass Carpenter to join our dedicated team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proficient Aluminum and Glass Carpenter with a proven track record in fabrication, installation, and maintenance of various aluminum and glass structures. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminum frames for windows, doors, partitions, and other structures.
• Cut, prepare, and install various types of glass into aluminum frames, ensuring precision and secure fitting.
• Measure and cut aluminum profiles and glass according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform glazing work, including applying sealants and ensuring watertight installations.
• Repair and replace damaged aluminum and glass components.
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches accurately.
• Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aluminum and Glass Carpenter or a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques and glass installation methods.
• Proficient in using relevant tools and machinery (e.g., cutting machines, drills, grinders, measuring tools).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Working Hours:

9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.
