Aluminum Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

Only apply the aluminum experience

·Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

· Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities of aluminum, glass, and other materials required.

· Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminum and glass systems.

· Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to secure competitive pricing.

· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to get up-to-date material and system pricing.

· Maintain and update a database of standard rates, material costs, and pricing trends.

· Collaborate with construction teams to ensure the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of projects.

· Provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to management.
