Job Description – Aluminum Factory Foreman

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Aluminum Factory Foreman to lead and supervise production operations within our aluminum fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of aluminum systems and machinery, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the aluminum fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Operate and oversee the use of aluminum fabrication machinery, including:
• 3-Axis Crimping Machines
• Double Head Cutters
• CNC Machines
• Milling Machines
• Punching and Routing Tools
• Interpret and ensure execution of technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Allocate tasks to factory workers and monitor quality and productivity.
• Perform routine checks on machinery and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper material handling, cutting, assembling, and finishing processes.
• Implement safety and housekeeping standards across the workshop.
• Coordinate with project engineers, QC, and logistics teams.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior technicians as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, ideally in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong familiarity with aluminum systems.
• Proven experience operating 3-axis crimping machines and double head cutters.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices in a factory environment.
• UAE experience preferred; ability to join immediately is a plus.
