Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in an aluminum fabrication factory. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with engineering, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fabrication of aluminum and façade components.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations including cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing of aluminum products
• Allocate work to technicians and operators and monitor productivity and efficiency
• Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop drawings, production schedules, and quality standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and quality compliance
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and inventory in coordination with stores and procurement
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment
• Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices within the factory
• Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress and issues
• Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities to site

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum fabrication factories
• Strong hands-on knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production details
• Experience supervising factory technicians, operators, and helpers
• Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
