Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing aluminum components used in construction and manufacturing projects. This role requires the ability to read technical drawings, operate specialized tools, and ensure high-quality installations that meet project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aluminum Assembly & Fitting: Assemble and install aluminum components for windows, doors, frames, curtain walls, and other architectural or industrial structures.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine specifications and layout requirements.
• Precision Cutting & Shaping: Operate cutting, welding, and shaping tools to prepare aluminum parts to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Quality Control: Inspect and verify completed work to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with client and project standards.
• On-Site Installation: Perform on-site installation of aluminum products, ensuring structural integrity, alignment, and proper function.
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and welding machines.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during fabrication or installation with effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Fitter or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with welding, cutting, and shaping tools used in aluminum fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and installation practices for aluminum structures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in diverse environments.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred, for travel to job sites).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
