ALUMINUM FORMAN

• Supervise and guide a team of aluminum masons and fabricators on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor aluminum installation activities (frames, panels, partitions, doors, windows, curtain walls).
• Ensure all aluminum works are executed as per design drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections, verify measurements, and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce safe working practices among the team.
• Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and daily reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to aluminum installations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aluminum works, preferably in construction or façade projects.
• Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in aluminum installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD plans.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum materials, profiles, panels, and installation methods.
• Excellent team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations is a plus.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
