Aluminum & Glass Fabricator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum & Glass Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing aluminum and glass components according to technical drawings and quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with aluminum profiles, glass handling, and fabrication tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminum frames, doors, windows, curtain walls, and related systems
• Cut, drill, punch, assemble, and finish aluminum profiles using hand and power tools
• Measure and mark materials according to shop drawings and specifications
• Install glass panels, gaskets, sealants, and accessories into aluminum frames
• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and work orders
• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of fabricated products
• Operate fabrication machinery safely (cutting machines, drilling machines, CNC, etc.)
• Maintain high quality standards and minimize material waste
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean
• Follow factory safety rules and quality control procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an aluminum and glass fabricator or similar role
• Knowledge of aluminum systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, etc.)
• Experience handling and installing glass safely
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Technical certification or vocational training is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Factory / workshop environment
• Standing for long periods and lifting materials as required
• Use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• CNC machine operation experience
• Knowledge of aluminum brands/systems
• Experience with curtain wall or façade systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
