Job Summary
RT Construction/RT Dock & Marine is located in Rocky Mount, MO and has full-time year-round employment opportunities for individuals that are looking to start or advance their career.

This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial properties, where attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are paramount.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to and possibly over 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely use small tools and hand power tools.
• Ability to safely use step and extension ladders.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Work pleasantly and cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• High School Diploma or GED is recommended but not required.
• Ability to log onto the internet on a daily basis and has a smart phone.
• Certifications & Licenses: Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Class E driver and MO boater’s license

Position

These individuals will have experience welding both steel and aluminum, preferably handrails and dock frames. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and strong problem-solving skills. Welding experience is a must. These individuals must work to enhance our customer service experience and create lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
