Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder with a strong understanding of technical drawings. The position requires expertise in welding and fabricating aluminum structures, as well as the ability to interpret and work from blueprints and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aluminum welding, including TIG and MIG welding, to fabricate and repair aluminum structures, frames, and components based on project requirements and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding processes, materials, and positioning.
• Cut, grind, and prepare aluminum components for welding, ensuring clean and properly prepared surfaces for effective welding.
• Ensure high-quality weld finishes, proper alignment, and compliance with internal quality standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and other hand tools. Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following all site-specific safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of aluminum welding experience in Qatar, preferably in a fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques specific to aluminum materials.
• Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with welding standards and inspection processes.
• Knowledge of metal preparation techniques: cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight production deadlines.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills, particularly with aluminum.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
