Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns, forms, and reports with SECP, SBP, PBX, FBR, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, and minutes of board and committee meetings.
- Draft agendas, notices, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SECP regulations, and other applicable laws governing financial and investment entities.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and financial institutions on corporate matters.
- Support in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and investment documentation.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and advise management accordingly.
- Assist in preparing corporate governance disclosures for annual reports.
- Manage documentation for new incorporations, share transfers, and amendments to company structure.
- Provide support in investor relations, dividend distributions, and other shareholder matters.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
- ICSP qualification (part-qualified or member) is plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles, ideally in the financial or investment sector.
- Strong understanding of Companies Act 2017, NBFC Regulations, and SECP, PSX guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
