Role Overview
The role involves working on
strategy, business transformation, and technology-led consulting engagements
for clients in the
Banking, NBFC, and Capital Markets
space. The candidate will support end-to-end consulting assignments including
diagnostics, solution design, implementation support, and business development
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Transformation Delivery
-
Support and execute
business transformation and process re-engineering initiatives
across banking and financial services clients
-
Conduct
current-state assessments
, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
-
Assist in designing
target operating models (TOMs)
, process redesigns, and transformation roadmaps
-
Work on
digital transformation programs
, including automation, process digitization, and technology enablement
-
Support
post-merger integration (PMI)
activities including operating model alignment and synergy assessment
-
Perform
market research, benchmarking, and financial/operational analysis
to support strategic decisions
-
Assist in
cost optimization and strategic cost reduction initiatives
2. Domain Focus – BFSI
-
Work on engagements within:
-
Retail Banking
-
NBFCs
-
Capital Markets (Mutual Funds, Broking, Asset Management, etc.)
-
Develop strong understanding of
banking products, processes, regulatory environment, and operating models
-
Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders (especially in
GCC environments
)
3. Business Development & Pre-Sales Support
-
Support
proposal development
, pitch decks, and response to RFPs/RFQs
-
Assist in building
client-specific value propositions
-
Conduct
industry and client research
to support new business opportunities
-
Prepare presentations and thought leadership material for client discussions
4. Stakeholder & Project Management
-
Work closely with internal teams, senior consultants, and client stakeholders
-
Support project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
-
Prepare clear, structured presentations and reports for client leadership
