We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for various roles across the organization.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen Resumes, Evaluate Candidates’ Qualifications, And Conduct Preliminary Interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support onboarding processes and documentation as required.

Maintain recruitment reports and metrics regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and hiring best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.

Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a consultancy or agency-based recruitment environment.

Familiarity with bulk hiring, niche hiring, and various industry domains.
