HR Recruiter( IT & Non IT)

Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & NON-IT )

Job Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

 Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients and hiring managers

 Manage client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions

 Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS

 Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

 Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements:

 Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment

 Mandatory experience in an HR consultancy / staffing firm

 Hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles

 Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills

 Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

 Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

 Understanding of different hiring models and recruitment metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
