Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty member with strong conceptual and practical understanding of Human Resource Management. The role involves teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through effective classroom delivery and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures in Human Resource Management
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments
• Guide students in projects, internships, and career development
• Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations
• Participate in curriculum planning and academic activities
• Support institutional initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and events
• Stay updated with current HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Any degree specialized in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM/MA/MSW or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and current industry trends
• Strong command over core HR areas such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and labor laws

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly
• Student-focused teaching and mentoring approach
• Ability to link theoretical concepts with practical HR scenarios
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Teaching or training experience
• Industry experience in HR roles
• Familiarity with online teaching tools or LMS platforms
