Our Human Resources & People Operations (HR Ops) role manages the employee lifecycle, blending traditional HR administration (payroll, benefits, compliance, data) with a proactive, employee-centric focus on engagement, culture, and development, ensuring efficient processes support a positive employee experience and align with business goals, often utilizing HR tech like HRIS. Key duties involve onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/data management, payroll/benefits, policy/compliance, performance support, and driving strategic initiatives for talent retention and a strong workplace. Core Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee hiring, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
- HR Systems & Data: Administer HRIS, manage employee records, ensure data accuracy, and handle HR reporting/analytics.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage compensation, benefits administration, and ensure timely, accurate payroll.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and manage employee relations/investigations.
- Employee Experience: Implement programs for engagement, development, and fostering a positive, people-centric culture.
- Process Improvement: Streamline HR workflows, implement new tools, and optimize operational efficiency.
