HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Executive for our company HURU to manage end-to-end human resource activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for vacant positions, handling employee onboarding, maintaining attendance records, managing payroll processing, leave management, and employee documentation. The role also includes supporting employee queries, maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance, and assisting in overall HR administration to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Deepanjalinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR sourcing: 2 years (Preferred)
