Understanding of Building Facilities Management, Electronics/Electrical systems operation,maintenance and troubleshooting, HT/LT and Electrical distribution, backup deisel genset operation and maintenance, shops/offices tenancies inspection w.r.t electrical safeties, Staffing, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Developing Budgets, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Management, Attention to Detail, Conceptual Skills, Supply Management, Vendor managment.
