Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee records
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding processes
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support performance management cycles and appraisal processes
- Conduct HR audits and prepare reports for management
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
