AM HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee records
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding processes
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support performance management cycles and appraisal processes
  • Conduct HR audits and prepare reports for management

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
